What to include in your message

Ordering: the plan you want — 6 months, 1 year, 2 years or Lifetime. The order buttons on the plans page add this for you.
Device check: your device brand and model. See compatible devices.
Setup help: your device, the app you're using and what you see on screen. The setup guide may answer it straight away.

Please don't send payment card numbers or passwords for other accounts over chat.
